What is Life Care Connections?
Staying active and independent in your own home or retirement community is essential to the happiness and health of most seniors today. Keeping up with their family, their friends and their activities that they have planned to do during retirement is all we dream of once we retire. However, during the aging process we sometimes find that we can’t always do what we once were able to do. Sometimes it is a struggle dealing with just our activities of daily living, and in some cases, memory issues arise and can turn to affects of dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Our team at Life Care Connections, A Private Duty Home Care Agency, is designed to help make life more manageable and joyful during these times. Our personal assistants can help with a variety of activities of daily living with a very flexible schedule including 24 hour care.

What we offer.
Daily Living Support
We offer a variety of daily living support services. These include, but are not limited to, Chores, Reminders, Meal Preparation, and Grocery Shopping.
Life Enrichment Services
Here at Life Care Connections, we believe that social companionship is just as important as helping our clients with their day-to-day tasks. Some life enrichment services that we offer are Social Companionship, Assistance to Social Outings, and just being there when our clients need it most.
Transportation Services
Although we are not a transportation service, we do provide basic transportation to our clients. This transportation includes help to appointments, shopping trips, or just to visit some friends. Like we said, we are a life enriching service!
We go to where you live.
We provide services in Pierce County and Kitsap County, including Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Bremerton, and surrounding areas. We are licensed by the Washington State Department of Health, and carry liability insurance in compliance with WSHD Guidelines.
